A new 21-unit business centre in North Dagenham by GLE Properties is now available. The remaining 18 B1 units range between 76 and 163sq m.
All units – arranged as 13 one-and-a-half-storey business/industrial units, six two-storey business units and two fully fitted three-storey storey offices – come with parking and loading facilities.
The development, delivered by the London Borough of Barking and Dagenham, was funded through the LEGI and the ERDF, and built by construction firm Faircloth.
Dagenham Business Centre is being marketed by Kemsley Property Consultants and Glenny.
It is one of two enterprise centres in the borough being delivered as part of a strategy to increase the borough's business base.
