Dagenham Business Centre: college takes office space

GLE Property Developments said this month that the college had taken a 10-year lease on a three-storey office unit.

The Rainham Road North centre, developed by GLE in partnership with the London Borough of Barking & Dagenham, was part-financed by the former London Development Agency’s European Regional Development Fund Programme, securing some £206,000 in EU cash.

The centre has 21 units with a total of 3,020sq m of accommodation, and two three-storey offices, one of which has been taken by the college.
