Academy Central apartments are selling fast

The project will include a choice of one or two-bedroom apartments, currently available from £138,995, with the government’s Help to Buy scheme now available for the homes.

This incentive allows eligible first-time buyers and those with a property to sell to secure their home for 80 per cent of its full price, including a five per cent deposit.
