The second and final phase of Bouygues Development’s Abbey Road Creative Industries Quarter in the London Borough of Barking and Dagenham is underway.
This will provide a further 138 residential units set over two buildings, taking the total number of homes at the site to 272. Commercial and creative space is also being developed.
Abbey Road is adjacent to The Malthouse and The Granary buidings, which have converted space for creative industry uses.
