The demolition of the 16-storey tower blocks took place in summer 2013, and was marked by two community events where residents met the project team.

Construction work started in October 2013 and the first homes are expected to be ready in July 2014. Three quarters of the houses will be three and four-bedroom houses, while the remainder will be two-bedroom flats in low-rise blocks.
