New homes are on sale at the Castle Green Place development in Gorsebrook Village.
Developed by Countryside Properties, the scheme consists of three-bedroom terraced houses in the centre of Dagenham.
It is predicted by the developer that potential homebuyers will make use of the government's help to buy scheme, which allows new home purchases to be made with a five per cent deposit and a 75 per cent mortgage. The remaining 20 per cent is provided by the government as an equity loan, which is interest-free for five years.
Homes are priced between £265,000 and £270,000.
