Coca-Cola Enterprises has taken 21,643sq m of warehouse space in Dagenham.
The company signed a five-year lease for Logic233, on the A13 corridor, building owner Logicor announced on 7 June 2016.
The 4.43-ha site includes 963sq m of office space spread over two floors and 144 car parking spaces.
Chris Hazlewood, senior manager, property and facilities at Coca-Cola Enterprises, said: “We are very pleased to have concluded the important leasehold acquisition of this quality building that meets our capacity needs.”
He added that the company had been “impressed” with the collaborative approach taken by Logicor, which had allowed them to complete the deal in a “very limited” timeframe.
Savills, Dowley Turner Real Estate and JLL jointly advised Logicor on the transaction while Coca-Cola Enterprises was advised by Strutt and Parker.
