Nearly all units at Weston Homes' River Roding development in Barking have been sold, with just one two-bedroom apartment remaining.
Rivermill Lofts comprises 118 one or two-bedroom apartments within two buildings, The Walbrooke and The Stamford.
The last apartment is located on the sixth floor of The Walbrooke, costing £370,000.
The apartments are a short walk away from Barking underground station, with direct trains to the Fenchurch Street Station taking 20 minutes.
